A Filipino with a foundational education in a Catholic Seminary, Mr. Agot was initially formed for a life of spiritual service and pastoral care. Although his path shifted from the priesthood, the core values of compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving the community remain the bedrock of his professional ethos.
He shares a profound alignment with Incorporator Tony ZENG's vision, believing that quality education is a fundamental right and a powerful catalyst for lifting up communities in developing countries. His unique background instills in him a person-centric approach to leadership, focusing on the real-world impact WEZACA has on students, parents, and school administrators.
Together with Mr. ZENG, he co-founded WEZACA to contribute meaningfully to the educational landscape, with a special focus on creating opportunities for those with limited means. Tony ZENG is the incorporator and driving visionary behind WEZACA. A qualified Attorney at Law from China, Mr. ZENG brings a rigorous analytical mindset and a deep understanding of corporate structure and cross-border compliance to the foundation of the company.
His decision to pivot from a dedicated legal career to investing in the educational supply sector stems from a profound personal philosophy: that the benefits of modernization and quality education should be accessible to all, especially the less-privileged. He founded WEZACA with the conviction that every student, regardless of background, deserves the dignity of a well-fitting uniform, the right tools for learning, and a healthy, supportive school environment.
